And that means listening to what they have to say, and aspiring to use their testimony to gain a better understanding of our world and what has been happening under the cover of darkness and privilege, difficult as this may be for many of us to accept.

Women and men who have for decades lived silently in fear of being further harmed or even killed if they spoke out, now see a ray of hope in the recent convictions of members of the NXIVM cult and the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein. There is now a sense that the fundamental complicity or at least the willful ignorance about these rings at the highest levels of global law enforcement is changing, and that many of the good people in these organizations are now being empowered to investigate and prosecute such crimes. It has previously been said to me that officers wishing to pursue leads into human trafficking crimes were often dissuaded from further action and told, ‘That’s not what the taxpayers are paying you to do.’

I know of victims who are not ready to come out in public, either because they are not far enough along in their healing journey, or they still cannot fully believe that government, law enforcement, and the judiciary are now on their side. When we consider how much we have uncovered about the far-reaching complicity of powerful institutions to silence victims and protect high-level perpetrators, there is justification for these feelings.

Discernment

For those who are coming out of hiding and providing testimony, heightening our powers of discernment is critical to the process. We will not be creating a safe space if we simply believe anything we hear from anybody, for there are sure to be attempts at disinformation and manipulation for ulterior motives. At the same time, we must withhold snap judgments, and temper the application of our pet conspiracy theories so that we can focus on allowing each person to feel and be heard.

Our discernment will require us to take each testimony word by word, case by case, and ask ourselves about the motivation behind it, if the facts line up and there is consistency, and whether or not there seems to be a hidden agenda. The testimony of Christine Blasey-Ford and her allegations of attempted rape against Brett Kavanaugh in his Supreme Court nomination hearings serve as an example in which red flags were lifting up at every turn, especially in the way mainstream media unequivocally pronounced her to be credible and honest every step of the way. Her testimony could clearly be seen as having a political agenda behind it.

The Testimony Of Jessica Collins

By and large, most cases will be more subtle. One person who has recently come out with a video claiming to be a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and [Prince] Andrew Windsor certainly seems worthy of our attention. Although she does not claim to be a victim of child trafficking (she was first abducted as a student at the Catholic University of America, after she went for what she thought was a legitimate job interview), the testimony of Jessica Collins is compelling. She put a link to the video below multiple times on Twitter on September 3rd:

J. Predicted Global Currency Reset Events

It was my belief that the Global Currency Reset occurred on Mon. Sept. 30 when the kingpin of the GCR, the Iraqi Dinar, went international. Also on Mon. Sept. 30 Gen. Mark A. Milley, who was specially trained in Martial Law, became America’s 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

At some point soon President Trump would declare a State of Emergency and announce a US Dollar return to the Gold Standard. Currencies of 209 nations of the BRICS Alliance were set to follow suit by revaluing their currencies and completing the move to a gold-backed Global Monetary System. It was also believed that President Trump would soon declare a Restoration of the US Republic complete with the Martial Law needed for a beginning of Mass Arrests.

Tues. Oct. 8 2019: Glenn Beck said on his Tues. Sept. 24 show that the Fed. had been printing trillions of US dollars to keep the banks alive, though under international law, would no longer be allowed to print those fiat US dollars by Oct. 8.

Sat. Oct. 12 2019: Deadline to redeem Zim (likely to be changed).

Thurs. Oct. 17 2019: Deadline for the Cabal to come up with Quadrillions in gold to keep their fiat Global Monetary System afloat.

Tues. – Wed. Oct. 29-30: The first Q drop on 28 Oct. 2017 indicated that Hillary Clinton would be arrested Oct. 29 or 30.

Thurs. Oct. 31 2019: Brexit deadline in the UK.

Fri. Nov. 22 2019: When the reset happened we would have 45 days to exchange, or until around Nov. 22.

Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.

March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be occurring between now and March 2020, while also in March 2020 the Second Basket of currencies would revalue.

Sun. April 5 2020 (180 days after the reset): activation of GESARA/ NESARA.

K. Brief History of Events Behind the Global Currency Reset:

In 1871, and perhaps dating back to 1861, the Chinese loaned gold to private families and bankers in order to establish the US Monetary System that led to the World Monetary System. As of now that loan, plus interest on the loan, has yet to be repaid.

Since the 1930’s and onward because of the Cabal’s reckless spending, the Fed has been printing fiat US currency and US gold has been considered counterfeit.

In 1944-45 Interpol was formed by the World Court as a global policing agency. Interpol was tasked with bringing in criminals who had performed Crimes against Humanity such as the Bushes who were involved in drug-gun running and human trafficking.

In 1974 the Basel Committee for banking supervision was established. Basel Agreements 1, 2 and 3 between 1988 and 2008 were done to repay the Chinese funds loaned – that have yet to be repaid. Bankers were continuing to lie to the Chinese – and getting away with it – about paying back their loan on the gold.

In 2008 a so-called “Mortgage Crisis” occurred where US Taxpayers bailed out major banks from a pending bankruptcy because even the interest owed couldn’t be paid on the Chinese Elder’s Gold Loan. The monies from the bailout were not used to pay back interest due and the fiat US dollar was causing major crises in international trading, so the BRICS Alliance (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) formed to do a Global Currency Reset with 209 currencies of the world made asset/gold-backed.

In 2013 a new Gold Treaty was signed by BRICS nations in order for a Global Currency Reset to take place and thus repay the loaned gold to the Chinese. The Gold Treaty of 2013 resulted from a decade of lies since they set up the US monetary system from the Fed and private bankers such as the Rothchilds and Rockerfellers.

Thurs. Aug. 29 2019: Since inception of the US and World Monetary Systems from 1861-1871 bankers of the privately owned Federal Reserve and IRS had been using US Taxpayer dollars for their own purposes and not in the best interest of the People. It had been long realized that for the US to return to the Gold Standard, the nation also had to return to the original Constitution. To do that the fraud had to be exposed. On Thurs. Aug. 29 2019 a report was released on former FBI Director James Comey – the beginning of Declass.

Fri. Aug. 30 2019: From Camp David Trump issued an Executive Order that established a National Quantum Initiative Advisory Committee – US implementation of the Quantum Financial System.

Wed. evening Sept. 4 2019: the RV became a go, again, after multiple boxes of counterfeit Zim Bonds used for international trading (not the bonds we held) were discovered in Asia, Europe and the Americas. As a result, hundreds of perpetrators were arrested from Sun. Sept. 1 through Fri. Sept. 6.

Wed. Sept. 11 2019: Evidently President Trump signed an Executive Order that took effect at 12:01 midnight, which replaced other EOs past US Presidents have signed regarding the reset.

Thurs. Sept. 12 2019: All holds had been taken off RV funds held by the Paymasters.

Sun. Sept. 15 2019: The FISA report was released with expected Disclosures and Mass Arrests to follow to the end of the year.

Tues. Sept. 17 2019: Global Currency Reset Tiers 2 and 3 investors were made liquid at 6 pm EDT and bought out the Cabal’s quadrillions in debt derivatives due on Sept. 30.

Without those in Tier 2 and 3 clearing that derivatives debt, plus taking care of the National Debt, the Bond, Commodity and Stock Markets would have collapsed and caused an unprecedented worldwide Depression.

By that same Tues. Sept. 17 short-term funding had dried up and liquidity panic broke out, which was confirmed by the recent already 5 overnight in a row Repos to save the financial system. As $84 Billion was needed, only $75 Billion of the Central Bank Bailout money became available for the Banks. Obviously it went toward debt payment a couple of weeks later.

Also on that same Tues. Sept. 17 President Trump ordered immediate declassification.

Additionally on that same Tues. Sept. 17 Benjamin Netanyahu lost the election in Israel, the Banking Cabal lost their power and Ed Buck, the notorious pedophile drug dealing money bundler for those who opposed the RV, was arrested in LA on an airtight case – a continuation of the Mass Arrests that began with the arrest of Pedophile Kingpin Jeffrey Epstein.

On Fri. Sept. 20 2019 an 11-count indictment (one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering) was handed down by the Justice Department in a Russian Bribery Case referred to as Uranium One – an act of Treason against the US, punishable by death with charges against Mark Lambert that alleged his involvement with the Clintons, Obama, Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Holder and Lynch.

“Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.”

Thurs. Sept. 26: The Central Bank Gold Agreement (CBGA) expired, after which there was a global release of GCR funds and beginning of Prosperity Package deliveries.

Sun. Sept 29: US Inc.’s Quadrillions in debt payment was due the Chinese Elders the next day on Mon. Sept. 30. The Fed’s reaction to make that debt payment deadline has been to print trillions of fiat US Dollars to keep the Markets afloat – which was likely to result in the Dollar Index surpassing 100 points and eventually loosing 50% of it’s value.

Mon. Sept. 30 2019: Expiation of the Central Bank Gold Agreement. USA Inc. paid a $1,000 trillion debt repayment to the Chinese Elders, for which they received a postponement of bankruptcy until Oct. 18.

Mon. Sept. 30: Gen. Mark A. Milley became America’s 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Milley, who has been specially trained in Martial Law, took over for Marine Gen. Joseph F. Dunford. Dunford retired to join General James Mattis and General John Kelly to regulate the trials at GITMO – one of which was the Military Tribunal on 9/11 which began late Jan. 2019.

Mon. Sept. 30 2019 10 am Baghdad time: The Iraqi Dinar went international on Nasdaq and Forex at a program rate and was going up in value.

Thurs. Oct. 3 2019: The banking system went completely off the SWIFT System and onto the CHIPS System. Currency rates have been moving up in value and were to be locked in place by Thurs. Oct. 3. Redemption Centers were officially opened on Thurs. Oct. 3 and would remain active through Sat. Oct. 12, some on a 24/7 basis.

On Sun. Oct. 6 2019 and in response to an attempted coup by CIA Director Gina Haspel, President Trump pulled 1,000 Troops out of Syria to no longer be at war there, slimmed down White House Security by ousting the CIA and activated U.S. Marines and Army Paratrooper Reserve Forces via a National Emergency Alert. The US Navy has authorized the publication of a patent for a nuclear fusion reactor that can both generate enormous quantities of power and yet be small enough to be fitted on mobile platforms, including spacecraft. The patent’s publication supports Whistleblower/Insider claims of mile (1.6 kilometers) long space carriers that have been secretly built and deployed by the Navy since the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The patent application for a “Plasma Compression Fusion Device” was just published on September 26 after being lodged on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy back on March 22, 2019. The inventor is Dr. Salvator Pais, who works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and has previously lodged other patents on behalf of the Navy concerning a hybrid air, water, and space vehicle propelled and protected by electromagnetic fields.

In the patent description, Dr. Pais explains how his nuclear fusion device differs from similar devices under development:

At present there are few envisioned fusion reactors/devices that come in a small, compact package (ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters in diameter) and typically they use different versions of plasma magnetic confinement. Three such devices are the Lockheed Martin (LM) Skunk Works Compact Fusion Reactor (LM-CFR), the EMC2 Polywell fusion concept, and the Princeton Field-Reversed Configuration (PFRC) machine. […] These devices feature short plasma confinement times, possible plasma instabilities with the scaling of size, and it is questionable whether they have the ability of achieving the break-even fusion condition, let alone a self-sustained plasma burn leading to ignition.

Ignition is the point at which the nuclear fusion process begins generating electrical power in a self-sustaining way through the superheated plasma. Dr. Pais further explains how his device will use electromagnetic fields to ignite the nuclear fusion process:

The plasma compression fusion device utilizes controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields. These fields not only confine the plasma core but also greatly compress it (by inducing a high energy negative potential well) so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition.

The amount of power that could be generated is explained by Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway, aerospace researchers at The Drive:

It is claimed in the patent application that this plasma compression fusion device is capable of producing power in the gigawatt (1 billion watts) to terawatt (1 trillion watts) range and above with input power only in the kilowatt (1,000 watts) to megawatt (1,000,000 watts) range. By comparison, America’s largest nuclear power plant, the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona, generates around 4,000 megawatts (4 gigawatts), and the A1B nuclear reactors designed for the Navy’s Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers generate around 700 megawatts.

Pais’ description makes clear that the nuclear fusion reactor is the power supply for several innovative patent devices that would go into the Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) the patent for which was awarded on December 4, 2018.  The HAUC, as previously described, would generate a quantum vacuum field outside the hull, removing all air, water, or other molecules, thereby enabling the craft to rapidly move through the atmosphere, ocean, and space without meeting any resistance.

Remarkably, the HAUC was awarded after the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, intervened in an appeal against a rejection by the patent examiner who viewed the HAUC device as not scientifically feasible due to the need for an extraordinarily high power supply that produces “more electricity than what is produced by nuclear reactors”.

The examiner was referring to “nuclear fission” reactors used by the Navy in its aircraft carrier and submarine fleets, and pointing out that these would not be enough to meet the energy needs of the HAUC.

The nuclear fusion reactor device described in the latest patent application provides an explanation for what would power the HAUC and generate the quantum vacuum around it.

The other patent devices for the operation of HAUC include the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(HFGWG) that would provide the craft’s propulsion system by creating gravity waves that would create a surf-ride effect.

Another patent is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (EFG) that would generate an electromagnetic shield to protect the craft from missile attacks, Coronal Mass Ejections, and space debris. Importantly, both the HFGWG and EFG would be powered by the nuclear fusion reactor.

Yet another patent is the “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” which can store enormous quantities of electrical energy. This “room temperature superconductor” is what would ultimately store the electrical power produced by the nuclear fusion reactor. The superconductor would also enable the HAUC and other mobile platforms to operate for extended periods if the nuclear fusion reactor went offline, and a back-up power supply had to be used.

For a second time, the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Dr. Sheehy intervened in support of Dr. Pais when a second patent examiner rejected the room temperature superconductor as scientifically unfeasible. Dr. Sheehy’s letter explained why the superconductor “is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”.

Tingley and Rogoway have extensively covered previous patents granted to Dr. Pais and the controversy over the Navy’s extraordinary interventions in support of his inventions widely regarded by open-source scientists as outlandish.

Tingley and Rogoway speculate on possible explanations for why the Navy has been doing this:

[I]s the Navy building some sort of incredible craft based on science that remains foreign to the larger scientific community? Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now? Are they clumsily trying to emulate what their pilots are seeing in the field, but can not yet fully explain? Could these patents just represent gross mismanagement of resources on the Navy’s behalf? Or is this all some sort of elaborate disinformation play by the Navy—one that seems to have emerged right in step the rise of major peer-state competition from the likes of Russia and China, and the biggest expansion of advanced aerospace development programs in decades?

Tingley and Rogoway’s question, “Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now?” takes us directly to the eyewitness testimony of whistleblowers and insiders who claim to have worked on kilometers-long space carriers secretly designed and deployed by the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s.

William Tompkins’ testimony, in particular, stands out since he claims he designed kilometers long cigar-shaped space carriers while employed at a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company and other leading aerospace corporations from the  1950s to 1970s. What gives Tompkins’ testimony great weight is that he worked directly under Dr. Wolfgang Klemperer, the former chief designer for the US Navy’s flying aircraft carriers, the USS Akron and Macon, built and deployed in the 1930s by the Goodyear-Zeppelin corporation, where he worked at up to 1936.

Importantly, Tompkins claims that before the deployment of these kilometers-long space carriers in the early 1980s, the Navy retrofitted nuclear (fission) powered submarines as prototype spacecraft in the late 1970s. I recently interviewed a chemical engineer, who is still working in the industry and has chosen to remain anonymous, who says he served on a retrofitted nuclear submarine deployed into space in 1979.

If retrofitted nuclear submarines and kilometers-long cigar-shaped space carriers were secretly deployed by the Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Tompkins claimed, then the power supply needed to lift and propel such craft into Earth orbit would vastly exceed that used by nuclear fission reactors.

As Tingley and Rogoway point out, the nuclear fission reactors in the modern Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers generate 0.7 gigawatts. This pales in comparison to Pais’s nuclear fusion reactor that can generate up to 1000 gigawatts. A retrofitted nuclear fusion-powered submarine or kilometers-long space carrier could consequently generate sufficient electrical power for the electromagnetic propulsions systems incorporated into these crafts, similar to what Pais proposed for the HAUC.

The US Navy’s publication of a patent application for a nuclear fusion reactor appears to be part of a disclosure process designed to get the aerospace industry and general public ready for future announcements of secret space programs. It’s worth emphasizing that Tompkins and others claims that retrofitted submarines and space carriers were deployed in the 1970s/1980s, is directly supported by the Navy’s acknowledgement that nuclear fusion engines necessary for achieving such a stupendous feat, is a viable technology.

Consequently, the nuclear fusion reactors used in the Navy’s secret space program are over four decades old, which provides a compelling reason for why the Navy is allowing the release of these technologies now.

Critically, by patenting the nuclear fusion reactor and the other revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion technologies released by Pais, the Navy would not only save funds that it would otherwise have to pay companies for the use of such technologies, but also potentially raise enormous revenue in the future to fund its secret space program for decades to come. The Navy’s release of the nuclear fusion reactor patent is an extraordinary event that can revolutionize the aerospace industry and our planet very quickly with cheap and virtually unlimited electrical power.
